Our client is highly regarded organisation within the FMCG sector internationally. They have a strong growth strategy and are now looking to hire a bright, hands on, mature HR specialist based in Milan to focus on sales & marketing/Finance functions across the personal and home care business in Italy, but remain as part of a larger international team
You will be working closely with the HR Manager ensuring that managers and staff receive seamless, high quality, value added HR services that support business operations and projects.
The role will also be responsible for provision of generalist duties across various stakeholders and advises senior managers on all employee-related matters such as employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, resourcing and compensation, organizational review, training & development, labour costs. You will be a key liaison for Senior/Managers and consult with them on a range of HR matters. You will provide hands on operational support and be a key point of contact.
You will demonstrate a mastery of human resources operations, and best practices and possess relevant and progressive HR experience within busy environments. You will have experience of HR processes and have a digital mindset and a flexible attitude. Strong communication skills including perfect fluency in Italian and English are essential with also fluency in French.
