HR Specialist/Advisor (m/f/d)

to join their ranks in Frankfurt or Berlin. This role would report directly into the C-Suite and will be responsible for full spectrum HR across their locations in Germany, while also collaborating with their international locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including HR, recruitment, and employee support.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries from staff and leadership.
• Coordinate with other offices for smooth HR functioning.
• Implement HR processes, including data management, payroll, talent development, and recruitment.
• Handle Employee Relations cases, ensuring compliance and final outcomes.
• Stay updated on German employment law and ensure operational alignment.
• Assist with annual reviews, Talent Manager appointments, and staff satisfaction surveys.
• Collaborate with global HR colleagues for relevant training programs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and operational matters.
• Coordinate inter-office activities.

Profile:

• Fluent in German and English.
• 3+ years of full-time experience in office management or HR.
• Familiarity with fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Good understanding of German employment law.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
