Are you a Human Resources Systems and Data Analytics professional looking for your next challenge? Do you have a solid understanding of how HR Systems work, and good experience of HRMI and People Analytics? A leading central London law firm are seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
You'll look after systems for HR, L&D and recruitment, acting as the first point of contact for queries and training end users. You'll configure the systems and ensure data is accurate and compliant, and work with 3rd party vendors to ensure the firm is getting the most out of the system. You'll provide regular and ad-hoc MI reports and get involved in a number of data projects, including gender pay gap reporting.
You'll need previous experience acting as the super user of at least one HR System, and demonstrable experience of using reporting tools. If you have experience of SelectHR and Crystal Reporting these would be highly beneficial. You should have advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups, and experience of VBA or macros would be highly beneficial. Experience of working in the professional services sector is desirable but not essential, and it's more important that you have the right mindset. If you're analytical, logical, and like understanding how systems fit together, this is the job for you.
