This globally recognised retail firm is a leader in their sector, with ambitious plans for future growth. With a clear vision our client hopes to further their continued development and innovation and they currently have an exciting and unique opportunity which would allow you to develop your HR Systems career.

You will sit within the Head Office Recruitment team, reporting to the Recruitment Team Manager, as a systems analyst on their Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will be a key user of the ATS, resolving user queries, investigating and resolving system issues as well as being the go-to person for training and advice on system use among the wider Recruitment team and a variety of stakeholders.

The environment is fast-paced, with everyday different from the last, you will be someone who takes pride in delivering high quality systems support. Your experience of HRIS systems will allow you to hit the ground running in this role and having a strong analytical background will be hugely beneficial to our client. Your ability to build strong relationships, engage and support learners will further aid your success.

In return, the company is offering good scope for progression and development within the role, 30 days paid holiday and a 10% staff discount on all products in their retail stores. Salary paying circa £40,000 fixed compensation.
