Reporting to the HR Systems Manager you will lead on all aspects of data quality and become a key user of the HR System, being the 1st line of support for systems queries. You will carry out HR systems administration, troubleshoot issues and run and develop reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. You will become a go-to between the HR systems team and HR Business partners, and support on systems related development projects when required. You will be the point of contact for HR data quality and provide support to the wider HR team on other projects.
The environment is fast-paced, engaging and innovative, you will need to be a strong team player but have the ability to stand on your own two feet. Your experience of HR systems will allow you to hit the ground running in this role and having a strong analytical background and advanced Excel capabilities will be hugely beneficial to our client.
This role is based in West London and is offering £28,000 - £32,000 per annum with an additional 10% bonus and uncapped holiday.
