Are you an HR Systems expert who wants to work for an organisation with great social purpose? This charitable organisation are looking for someone to help them implement their new HRIS and help with its configuration, through to business as usual. This is a two-year, fixed term contract based in South London, with occasional travel to West London.
You will help the organisation implement their new HRIS and integrate it with their other systems. You'll act as the HR Systems project lead, liaising with the business and third party vendors. You'll create and map processes and workflows, act as the point of contact for any HR systems queries and provide training and documentation for users. You'll conduct UAT tests and maintain data integrity.
You will need several years' experience of configuring HR Information Systems and experience of implementing at least one HRIS from start to finish. You'll need experience of developing reports using query tools. You'll need to be able to demonstrate experience of manipulating and extracting data from large data sets. Experience of using or implementing CIPHR is highly desirable.
