An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a leading international Law Firm as an HR Systems & MI Adviser. You will have the opportunity to join a warm and collaborative team, and will work closely with the HR Systems & MI Manager to ensure the effective provision of their suite of systems and Management Information across the firm.
You will act as a super user and be the main point of contact for queries relating to the firms HR System, Learning Management System and Recruitment System. You will be responsible for carrying out all of the systems administration, systems configuration and data management relating to these systems. You will also lead on staff training on how best to utilise the systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance are maintained at all times. You will liaise with third party systems providers to support on the testing and implementation of systems upgrades &/or changes.
Further to this you will be responsible for producing regular and ad-hoc Management Information using Crystal Reports and Excel, and you will act as the first point of contact for Management Information queries. There will be opportunities to develop new features and enhance the firms existing HR systems as well as continuing to improve, automate and streamline the MI data that is produced. You will be supported in this role to develop your Management Information capabilities, and to find innovative ways to present and share MI across the wider business.
You will have experience in HR Systems, and ideally on Select HR &/or Cornerstone LMS. You will have experience carrying out data reporting, be analytically minded, and have advanced Excel skills. You will need to have excellent communication skills for this role, both written and verbally, and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the business at all levels. Prior experience in a Professional Services environment (or similar) would allow you to hit the ground running in this role.
