A great, newly HR Systems & MI Manager role is now available within on of the World's leading professional services firm. Based in sumptuous City offices (Moorgate/Liverpool Street) this role has evolved at an exciting time for the firm, as they transition from their legacy HR system (SelectHR, Cornerstone, Engage) onto a new cloud-based global system. As a result this role will have two key phases, the first will be to help them extract as much operational value as possible out of their current HRIS, ensuring the systems are updated and running at peak. The second phase will be to help with the selection, implementation and adoption of a new global cloud-based HRIS. As a result they are looking to meet HRIS Managers who have previous experience within law/professional services and who can span a wide operational remit covering both the day-to-day technical aspects as well as the longer-term strategic goal. Some highlighted key duties will be to: be the first point of contact for HR MI and systems-related queries and requests; specifying, designing, producing, analysing and reviewing HR management information - both ad hoc and regular - e.g. headcount, diversity, overtime, retention / attrition, absence, etc.; producing accurate and timely information and data, on request, for client pitches, surveys and league tables; support of annual HR processes and projects, using experienced reporting and data analysis techniques; project management of key HR systems projects (e.g. upgrades) and managing the relevant third party supplier relationships; managing the business as usual HR Systems budgeting process and creating any required business case for spend change as appropriate for management review. With two direct reports this role offers tremendous scope for an HRIS Manager looking to really make their mark on a global organisation. Perks include 30 days holiday, bonus, subsidised catering, gym, pension, family private health cover and more. In the first instance, please contact Peter Francis at Frazer Jones.
