Are you an HR Systems super user who enjoys solving employee queries as much as you do running reports and analysing data? Do you want to work for a charitable organisation, motivated more by their values than the bottom line? We are working with a fantastic business in South London to find a Human Resources Systems and Reporting Analyst on a full time, permanent basis.
You will take ownership of the Employee Self Service system, designing reports and maintaining data integrity. You'll act as a first point of contact for any employee queries and champion the use of the system. You'll liaise with the HRIS provider to make sure the organisation are getting the most out of the system, and provide training and user guides to staff. You will lead on the production of all HR data and statistics and create regular reports and analyses. You'll assist with forecasting and modelling and produce presentations for use at Board level. You will liaise closely with Finance to provide the data and analysis they require.
You must have experience of managing Human Resources Systems. You will need experience of statistical analysis and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros and VBA. You will need advanced PowerPoint skills and be able to produce high quality presentations to make data tell a story. You must have experience of manging HR projects from start to finish, and meeting tight deadlines.
