A global engineering firm based on the North Shore is recruiting for an experienced HR Systems and Reporting Specialist. Covering operations across APAC, this is an exciting time to help the team as they implement a new Global HRIS. This role will specifically manage the current system (SuccessFactors) along with cyclical reporting and the implementation.

This is a busy role reporting to the HR Manager and key accountabilities include:

  • Super user administrator for SuccessFactors
  • Provide support to the business through the help desk system along with making recommendations and insight into alternatives
  • System administration changes for better functionality
  • Managing periodic updates
  • Assisting with the maintenance of training material and end user training
  • Assisting with building the super user network internally
  • Delivery of HR data to stakeholders
  • Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

This role requires specialist knowledge and experience with HR Systems and reporting. The ideal candidate will have:

  • HR or Business systems related degree
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Supported SuccessFactors in an end user environment
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Effective working in an autonomous environment

Salary between $80,000- $95,000
