Do you enjoy the more analytical side of HR? Are you looking for a role that allows you to develop your analytical and systems skills while remaining people-facing? I'm working with a global professional services firm to find an HR Systems Assistant. Based in the City, this is a permanent role paying up to £30,000. You'll maintain their HR systems, run regular reports and support with Employee Benefits.
You will work with staff around the world to ensure that People data is kept accurate and running regular and ad-hoc reports, enabling the firm to make accurate decisions. You'll help to administer employee benefits and answer employee queries, helping staff to feel rewarded. You'll keep the HR Systems up to date, testing upgrades before they are rolled out and keeping systems training guides up to date.
Your experience of using Microsoft Excel to analyse data using vlookup and pivot tables will be heavily relied upon by the business. Your previous experience of maintaining HR systems will allow you to have an immediate impact in the role. You'll need to be able to demonstrate an interest in Employee Benefits.
