HR Systems and Data Manager, Stoke-On-Trent, up to £50,000+ hybrid working on offer
I am delighted to be partnering with this established and reputable organisation who together with their strong organic growth and recent acquisitions, are now a more diversified business with strengthened position in their market. They are looking to recruit an ambitious and meticulous individual to lead their HR systems and Data Management function to work closely with their HR and Finance teams and other stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver timely and accurate MI and lead the day-to-day management of the HR Systems and processes.
This is a standalone role and integral position within the business, reporting into the HR Projects Manager and Operations Director. You will be accountable for coordinating the integration of large volume data updates into the HR System, managing HR system and reporting improvement requirements, leading the production of timely, accurate and insightful MI and building and maintaining appropriate procedural documentation and tools. As the HR Systems and Data Manager, you will also be responsible for maintaining governance controls to ensure data updates are appropriately validated and approved, ensure dependant processes operate effectively and act as the primary contact with the third party HR System partner.
If you have an in-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, possess a strong analytical mind set with excellent reporting skills and have an aptitude for problem solving this will be of great interest to my client. The successful candidate will have worked with business process change and project implementation, governance and testing.
