This niche development finance business, established in the aftermath of WWII to povide capital to emerging economies across the world, is now looking to recruit an experienced HRIS specialist to join their London HQ in a standalone capacity. The role will manage their HRIS function, owning the continuous improvement of their main HR platform (SelectHR), including technical fixes, upgrades, configuration, new module rollout, integration with payroll/IT. You'll be responsible for for running and further developing the HR reporting monthly cycle, creation of HR analytics/MI and ad-hoc reporting. Project work will mainly centre on process improvement, but you would work across the team and collaborate with HR specialist team members, as well as internal stakeholders to ensure an intelligent, client-centric approach is delivered.
As a result candidates are are sought who are already eligible to live and work unrestricted in the UK, have strong experience in HRIS, proven ability to identify process efficiencies with experience in continuous improvement, strong analytical skills, clear communicator (particularly when explaining complex technical principles to non-technical audiences) ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training coupled with experience of participating or running HR projects.
