A great, newly created HR Systems Manager role is now available within an exciting professional services firm. Based in landmark City offices (Bank/Liverpool Street) this role has evolved at an exciting time for the firm, as they transition from their legacy HR system onto Workday. Reporting into the Director of Reward & Performance, this role will deliver both BAU and large-scale improvement projects across the Workday landscape. The role will have full responsibility for Workday Core HCM, security administration, business process design, compensation, performance, learning setup, end user experience and reporting and analytics. It is responsible for the implementation of Workday (in conjunction with an external partner) ongoing support and maintenance of the Firm's HR systems including processing employee data, generating HR related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity.
This position ensures accurate best practice business process/workflows and other system dependencies are in place within Workday to support all HR functions to include, onboarding, compensation programs, performance reviews, benefits administration and reporting efforts.
Primary responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for designing, articulating and managing the People Systems strategy and ensuring it is delivered as expected, on time, within budget.
- Build out the existing People Systems road map and work with the global Human Resources team to simplify and improve the current People Systems landscape to provide clean HR processing, leading to an enhanced People Experience.
- Prioritize and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR (Compensation, Benefits, Performance, L&D and Talent) and more broadly across internal tools/communications.
- Managing any People Systems projects from start to finish, scheduling and managing internal and external resources.
As a result the firm is keen to meet HRIS Managers who understand HRIS information structure, integrations, functions, and HR policies, roles, and global processes within a multi-national organization. Essential is prior experience of project managing Workday HCM implementations for global organizations in collaboration with a Workday implementation partner. Workday project management certified is a plus. Experience with at least three HCM functional areas: Talent Management, Performance Management, Advance Compensation, Security, Absence, Recruitment, Reporting and Analytics. Experience of IT General Controls, GDPR and related System Audits.
