Join this well known Retailer as HR Systems Manager and be responsible for the ongoing management, improvement and maintenance of HR information systems and employee data.
You will manage all HR systems including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning management and payroll where you will maintain accurate data, coordinate system upgrades and lead any new system implementations as the business drives towards a self service culture.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential where you have worked in a fast paced complex business. Experience with Empower, Payglobal, PageUp and/or Peoplesoft is advantageous.
Initially this is a 9-12 month fixed term contract starting ASAP whilst the business is going through a transitional period; potential to extend past that point. Role is based in Richmond.
