I am pleased to support an outstanding financial services business to recruit a permanent HRIS Technical Lead. The business is growing by leaps and bounds and their Workday technology portfolio is becoming richer, and more customer focused as they continue on this journey. They are looking for someone to focus on continuous support for integrations between all HR technologies and satellite systems into Workday. We are seeking an accomplished expert in Workday Technical and Integrations to join our HR Information Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the Workday platform, ensuring optimal performance, and creating integrations to enhance its functionality.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to comprehend business requirements and offer technical expertise.
  • Develop and sustain Workday integrations, both internal and external, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Craft and maintain customized reports and dashboards within Workday, supporting informed decision-making based on data.
  • Implement and enhance Workday business processes, custom fields, and calculated fields for optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adjust and maintain Workday technical settings to align with specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the business to map existing integrations, enforcing relevant security measures.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within the Workday environment.
  • Engage closely with end-users and support teams to address and resolve challenges related to integrations.
  • Stay informed about Workday releases and updates, assessing their impact, and integrating new features as applicable.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience as a Workday Technical and Integrations Expert, including configuration and development.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Workday integration tools like Workday Studio, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
  • Showcase strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration abilities.
