My client a leading leisure brand are looking to hire a HR Team Lead on an initial 6 month contract covering a period of secondment. This is a great opportunity to join a team that are both collaborative and social.
You will be managing a well-established team of 8 and will be tasked to deliver and manage a professional frontline HR Service. You will be providing transactional support to all staff within the business and will act as the first point of contact for the business. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring staff performance and ensure that SLA's are met in a timely manner. You will be advising the team on employee relations issues and will take sole responsibility for complex employee relations cases.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a strong background dealing with employee relations. This is a fast paced role and the ideal candidate must have experience working in a busy environment.
