About the Role
You will be working closely with the Training & Development Manager, to propose and implement training administration processes to support efficient day-to-day business operations. You will coordinate with training providers and manage the process on course registrations. You will oversee the different relevant government schemes and administer training related government grants.
You should be capable, organized and already come with a good understanding of the relevant government schemes in Singapore. You should be able to coordinate internship programmes and prepare learning materials for in-house programs. Essential: Minimum 3 years of related experience in the training administration process.
Desirable: Multinational firms desired, experience in manufacturing / logistics industry is advantageous. Candidates who are ACTA Certified would be an added advantage.
