One of the worlds leading management consultancy are looking for HR transformation , Change Management and Agile Consultants and Managers for their Talent advisory teams in London or the North West.

You will have the opportunity to join this specialist team working on the newest cutting edge technologies in HR consulting, advising clients on projects which include digital ways of working in change management, future workforce using data analytics to make workforce decisions and upskilling the workforce in the new digital world.

If you have ANY experience in the following I am keen to speak with you.

HR transformations, including workday implementation, SuccessFactors and how to encourage organisations to be open to change. Digital learning trends, being able to deliver large scale learning programmes and future workforce projects.

HR Digital disrupters including cloud systems, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual and Augmented reality.

Experience with HR areas like Learning, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and Reward.

Leading Agile Change programmes, understanding of agile change management processes, principles, tools and methodologies.
