About the role
Reporting to the Department Head, you will be managing daily HR activities from on-boarding all the way up to off-boarding. The HRBP will work closely with different COE's across all HR initiatives. You will be managing the performance management practices. This position is also the key point of contact for any HR-related and ER-related matter. You will also be responsible for managing various HR projects such a Diversity and Inclusion, Succession Planning, and Annual Surveys. This position serves as a consultant to the business on all human resource-related issues.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 9+ years of progressive HR experience having mastered the full end to end employee life cycle, operations and more recently have been managing business stakeholders. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. The individual should be equipped with the knowledge of local employment laws and must have the ability to work in a team.
