HRBP – Financial Services
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience working as an HR business partner in the financial services industry. The role requires you to support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes, as well as provide reports on HR, payroll, and learning and development. You will also provide strategic advice and develop employment policies, partner with business leaders and the wider HR team on matters such as performance management and compensation, and talent development and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices, a vast understanding of all HR departmental areas, proven leadership experience in managing departments and teams, and exceptional leadership qualities. Moreover, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree or equivalent in HR is also required.

- Proven track record in HR Business Partnering within financial services
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Empathetic and collaborative by nature, and highly solution focussed
- Degree in HR (Undergraduate or Masters level)
- CIPD qualification would be advantageous but not essential
