HRBP – Front Office
I am delighted to share that I am partnering with a top tier global Financial Services organisation in the City of London, who are currently seeking a highly commercial and capable HR Business Partner to join their organisation. This generalist role requires a good understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, as well as significant hands-on experience. Your client group will be Front Office, and prior experience in supporting Front Office within a global FS firm is essential for this role.
The role requires you to support your client group with HR Advisory support across the UK and EMEA. This role is highly strategic as well as hands on operational. You will be responsible for devising and delivering strategical initiatives, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships to help drive your strategy, You will impact the entire employee lifecycle and a commitment to excellence is essential.
Who you are
- Proven track record in HR Business Partnering within a global FS Firm and supporting Front Office client groups and stakeholders
- Experience in supporting EMEA region
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Delivers an impeccable employee experience
- Up to date on employment law changes
