About the Role:
Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will be managing daily HR activities from on-boarding all the way up to off-boarding. The HRBP will work closely with the Managing Director on leading a small team in offices across Asia while being based in Tokyo. You will be managing the performance management practices. This position is also the key point of contact for any HR-related and ER-related matter. You will also be responsible for managing various HR projects such a Diversity and Inclusion, Succession Planning, and Annual Surveys. This position serves as a consultant to the business on all human resource-related issues.
The successful applicant:
Ideally, you should have at least 10+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational companies. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders.
