Our Client is a leading financial services firm located in Midtown, due to growth within their business they are looking for HR Business Partner on a part-time basis. The incumbent will be the sole HR representative for the group, reporting to the CEO and responsible for all HR functions including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management and compliance across the group.
Required Skills & Experience
BA/BS degree in relevant field
You will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in a client focused HR Generalist role within a matrix environment ideally from the Financial Services industry. You will have exposure to a broad array of generalist HR topics including but not limited to employee relations, organizational development, talent management and succession planning.
