If you have excellent HRIS experience and analytical skills and want to broaden your experience into other aspects of Operational HR, we have a really exciting opportunity for you. Working for a global technology business in their vibrant offices near Bank, this is a permanent position in a friendly and collaborative team.
You will be responsible for keeping the HRIS up to date, providing data to payroll on a monthly and bi-weekly basis, maintaining policies and managing global mobility and benefits processes. You'll also keep user guides up to date and manage compliance projects. This position comes with a generous performance-related bonus and fantastic benefits and allowances.
You will need solid experience of HRIS systems and analytics, with some exposure to payroll, global mobility or HR compliance. Experience of working in a global, complex organisation is highly desirable.
