Our client is a leading, global investment firm looking to identify an HRIS professional to join their Human Capital team. The role will report to the Head of HR Operations and sit amongst a team focused in Workday data administration and system enhancement, payroll and benefits administration and onboarding. This role will be focused in continuous improvement and utilization of Workday, from configuration to reporting and module implementation.
Experience with Workday reporting and system configuration/implementation is sought. The role is hybrid in Midtown, 4 days in office.
