We're working with a high growth, global life sciences industry client based in Princeton, NJ to hire a HRIS Business Analyst. This role will report into an Associate Director of HRIS who is based in Europe. This is an individual contributor role. This role will be charged with owning all aspects of updates and changes to Workday as the company's global HRIS and interfaces with other systems.
This company just surpassed 1200 employees globally with plans to hire another 600 in 2022, as they move towards launching and commercialization of their products independently, in lieu of reliance on partnerships to that end. The company has organically grown from 150 employees to 1200 over the past few years, and will continue to realize scaling in the same manner. The business has decided to move from Workday as their global ERP, keeping the product for as their global HRIS. They'll be launching SAP as their global ERP and Workday HRIS will need to be reconfigured to interface with the new SAP systems. The product will also need to be reconfigured to accommodate scaling of the business and evolving HR processes.
Our client is seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of Workday HRIS experience, from implementation to front end configuration, reporting, and analytics. An entrepreneurial spirit is key for success. This is a really excellent unique opportunity for the right individual. There is a hybrid working model in place at the company with a great deal of latitude to make smart decisions as to when to work onsite and when to work from home, but one can expect to work onsite ~50% of the time.
