Are you looking for your next HR System Implementation project? Our client are a high-end fashion brand, looking to introduce an HRIS for the first time. They have chosen Cascade and have a clear project plan. You'll be based in their stylish and relaxed offices in South West London for 6 months, playing a crucial role during an exciting period of growth and change for the business.

Liaising with the HR and IT departments, you will manage the end to end implementation of Cascade in a stand-alone capacity. This will first entail a data cleansing exercise followed by a data upload. You will set up workflows and reporting and test the system in a pilot project. The implementation will culminate in designing user guides and helping to train staff on how to use the new system, particularly the self-service elements, and troubleshooting any teething problems.

Your experience of implementing HR Systems will be heavily relied upon by the business. Though experience of implementing Cascade would be beneficial, it is not essential, and it is more important that you have a project mindset and an understanding of the challenges that can come up in an HRIS implementation. As this is the first time the business have used an HR System you will need excellent stakeholder management skills, to ensure all staff are engaged and on board with the change. You will need to be able to speak without using jargon, and translate the technical side of things to a non-technical audience.
