Our client is a global market leader in their industry and currently hiring an HRIS leader to drive their people technology agenda forward for a key business unit within their organization.

You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and maintenance of their new SuccessFactors system acting as a consultative partner to the business to continuously improve service delivery. You will enable the business to harness the power of data and analytics to drive informed business decisions and increase the efficiency of operations. You will lead the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance and evaluate the feasibility of system modifications and enhancements. You will develop collaborative relationships with HR, IT and the broader business to ensure the effective adoption of technologies through training and education.

To be successful in this role you will be experienced in SuccessFactors and operating in a global environment.
