I am retained with a valued oil and gas client for a HRIS Manager to look after process design and functional HRIS duties. In this position you will be a true HRIS Business Partner and be able to build rapport at all levels whilst troubleshooting errors and providing technical assistance. You will work closely with the wider HR community and alongside the other HRIS Manager who purely looks after the Oracle system.
In this multi-faceted role, you will assist in maintaining and upgrading the various platforms the business uses and ensure a streamlined and consistent approach across the global workforce of nearly 7,000 employees. You will have experience in a global and ideally leadership role in HRIS, either in a similar organisation or one that has a professional and engaging culture as this runs through the DNA of my client. You will be a strong communicator and be able to gain buy-in from numerous pockets of the business, particularly those who haven't utilised the system to its fullest capability.
You must have good technical experience, ideally with an Oracle platform but also with Microsoft Excel and some other database tools such as Access, Business Objects or Tableu, and being able to utilise something like SQL would be advantageous.
This role can be based in a few different locations but ideally in Liverpool or London, and you'll be available to travel with the business to some of its major hubs globally inclusive of the Middle East and the USA. You will have a can do attitude, work collectively alongside some strong business leaders and be able to think outside the box in a customer centric and results focused manner.
