A great, newly created HRIS Manager role is now available within a leading professional services firm. Based in sumptuous City offices, this role has been created at an exciting time for the firm, as they transition from their legacy HR system (SelectHR) onto a new cloud-based global system. As a result this role will have two key phases, the first will be to help them extract as much operational value as possible out of SelectHR, ensuring the system is updated and running at peak. The second phase will be to help with the selection, implementation and adoption of a new global cloud-based HRIS. As a result they are looking to meet HRIS Managers who have previous experience of using SelectHR, and ideally Citrix (which they use for reporting). It's essential that candidates can span a wide operational remit covering both the day-to-day technical aspects as well as the longer-term strategic and visionary piece. Some highlighted key duties will be to: Create a global super user team and ensure they have the knowledge to support their area/office, coordinating testing activities during upgrades and changes and ensuring they are kept informed of developments or issues. Support others to use the HR system by designing and delivering training and producing user guides. Act as the first point of contact for the IT and business systems teams, building relationships and ensuring data is transferred and shared across the firm efficiently through integration's and accurate reporting. Assist with the identification and evaluation of alternative software solutions that would enhance the capabilities of the HR management systems. Mange the implementation and migration to a new system when selected. Lead and contribute to discussions on future systems strategy, evaluating existing systems and making recommendations with the goal of streamlining and simplifying processes and user experience.
