HRIS Manager
We’re working with our client, a global architectural firm, to hire an HRIS Manager sitting in their New York office. The HRIS Manager will play a pivotal role within the Global HR Team. In this position, you will own the Workday ecosystem, including implementing the system, converting existing data on ADP Workforce Now into the system, developing and building out the various HR modules, optimizing existing processes, developing dashboards and reports, managing system updates, and ensuring data integrity on an ongoing basis. As a Workday specialist, the role will extend beyond technical proficiency, requiring innovative solutions and continuous guidance for sustained organizational growth. The HRIS Manager’s expertise will also extend to broader HR systems and interfaces, collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams to enhance HR technology, facilitate training, and foster an environment of learning and development. With a firm commitment to detail and a penchant for analytical problem-solving, the HRIS Manager will contribute to an HR organization that can advise the business with data-driven solutions.
This role requires a 5 day a week commitment to work in their Midtown Manhattan office. This is a newly created role which the manager will have the ability to shape and develop. The listed salary range serves as a guide and the salary offered within that range to the candidate selected will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
