Great opportunity to join this Financial Services organisation on their HR technical journey through the implementation of their new Oracle based HRIS. The HRIS is at the 12 month mark having implemented half the core modules with the other half in initial stages. This role will be responsible for reviewing the project roadmap and advising on forward plan, as well as providing a gap analysis to increase usability and further enhance the user experience and capability of the system.
Experience with an Oracle based HRIS implementation is essential where you will work across the whole business utilising subject matter experts and external consulting support.
