Frazer Jones is currently representing a Global Firm in search for a HRIS Reporting Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be joining one of the leading Professional Services in London with a distinctive market position and over 40 offices in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Their HRIS team is responsible for enabling the core HR administration function, salary/compensation, time and attendance, absence and payroll

As a HRIS Reporting Analyst, you will help maintain reports using their global HR System Workday working alongside the reporting team members and wider HRIS team.

Duties will include:

  • Generate and distribute pre-existing HR-based reports and run ad hoc reports as requested
  • Work collaboratively with departments, management and team members in defining, designing, planning, documenting, and implementing reports to improve overall business function
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues, data audit issues as needed and work to resolve
  • Develop and maintain compelling dashboards, metrics and visual reports

To be considered for this role, you must have experience with HRIS Systems, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and a passion for data an reporting. Workday reporting is a plus.
