A thriving professional services business is now looking to recruit a senior Workday Analyst to join as their HRIS Lead and support their Workday platform. This exciting, newly created role occurs at an interesting time for this business as they look to expand beyond their HCM module, but also refine the way Workday links with their LMS (Cornerstone) and Payroll (Activ-Payroll) platforms. There is scope to consolidate and upgrade the current reporting dashboard menu to ensure the business leverages the maximum gain from their core HRIS investment. This role will therefore act as both facilitator and advisor to guide the stakeholders in choosing the best path as they evolve their data journey.
Key duties will be to:
Take responsibility for all HR systems, principally Workday, but also other systems (+ integrations), including Cornerstone, Activ-Payroll and Power BI. Be responsible for reporting, MI and dashboards across Workday, Cornerstone and Power BI. Develop and own the HRIS strategy/road-map, managing all day-to-day work and projects on behalf of the team against the fulfilment of the HRIS strategy. Be the design authority for all HRIS changes and enhancements and manage implementation of products, processes and requirements. Own the Workday Road-map of change, partnering with HR Leadership to determine priorities. Manage, support and develop an HRIS junior analyst to ensure timely delivery of requirements and work closely with HR to drive efficiencies, create innovative new solutions and enhancements. Ensure compliance with all data consents/privacy legislations across all jurisdictions.
As a result the business is looking to meet candidates who have gained 2+ years within Workday (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits) together with an understanding of system maintenance, integration and change management processes. Experience of at least two end-to-end, preferably integrated, HR system implementation projects. Experience of managing internal and third-party cost, schedule, quality and risk. Excellent presentation skills to simplify complex information into structured, meaningful outputs. Experience of Cornerstone and/or Activ-Payroll/Power BI would be highly advantageous.
All applicants must have the right to live and work unrestricted in the UK.
