A global professional services business is now looking to recruit an HRIS Senior Manager to lead their function and own the global development of their data systems. This pivotal role will see you acting as the technical SME for HRIS, managing international HRIS projects and driving HR system reporting/analytics agendas. You will develop/maintain the HRIS roadmap and build strong relationships with key stakeholder functions (e.g., HR, IT and Finance) making configuration changes, troubleshooting errors, field queries, run reporting and leading HR, Manager and Employee Training on new and existing processes and functions. You will lead a team of product owners/functional specialists and oversee the HRIS development team, defining and prioritising activity in line with business and functional strategy. You will create short and long term goals and objectives for system builds, operations, processes, data flows, security, reporting and analytics. As a result candidates are are sought who have a strong HRIS background, who can provide a strategic system view and lead HRIS system development.
