About Our Client
Our client is a MNC that focuses on providing energy solutions and they are currently in the beginnings of transformation. They have invested heavily on their systems and are looking to further upscale their HRIS to provide higher quality service and hence customer satisfaction. They are currently looking for a HRIS Manager/Senior Manager to join them.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the upkeep on the current HRIS systems and to ensure that the integrity and robustness of the system is kept to a high standard. You will continuously work with HR and the business to further identify gaps and to make improvements and creating higher levels of effectiveness and efficiencies. They would also require you to relook at the entire system to see if there needs to be any additional modules which are required and to reassess the existing HRIS against other systems in the market so as to ensure relevancy and cost effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a minimum of 10 years having dealt with HRIS systems, particularly SAP HCM or Success Factors, equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. They would be looking for someone who has experience working in HR before transitioning into a HRIS capacity. Someone not only focuses on the technical operations but someone who has also done project management and someone who has a good appreciation of data analytics. The successful candidate would also possess strong stakeholder management skills as you will be speaking with various head of departments and to help manage their expectations on the versatility of the system.
