HRIS Workday Lead (Specialist)
Our client, is a top financial institution with a headcount 5000 and who is a leader in their field, is seeking an HRIS Workday Lead (Specialist) to be the main subject matter expert responsible for the Talent Acquisition module, partnering closely with stakeholders and end- users on regular administration, enhancements, and add-ons. You’ll support our people, spearhead implementations, and lead as needed Workday projects. You’ll drive the design, testing and changes to the system, and special initiatives.
* Manage HR Workday Recruiting and Eightfold CRM initiatives by leading business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development and communication
* Execute the technical needs for core talent acquisition processes using Workday, Eightfold and other in house systems
* Team with Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition to guide strategy, functional, and technical requirements.
* Head the review, testing & implementation of system/process enhancements to the firm’s Workday Recruiting and Eightfold systems
* Develop and document and user an new client data and processes for future reference
* Respond to business requests, new projects, and provide data for HR and internal client groups
Skills Required
* 4+ years of experience in Workday system implementations, including design, testing and deploying functionality, with particular knowledge of the recruiting module.
This role is based in Midtown Manhattan and will pay $160-250K on a base salary, with additional compelling bonuses and benefits. The company is fully onsite, 5 days per week, with daily hours flexibility as needed.
