HRIS Workday Manager
Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm based in the heart of London. This business is going through an exciting period of growth both via organic growth plus mergers and acquisitions. The HR function is looking for a HRIS Workday Manager to lead their HRIS team. You’ll report to the Head of HRIS, lead a team of 4, plus work very closely with their people analytics team.
As the HRIS Workday Manager you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day Workday activities and drive continuous improvement across the whole Workday offering. Your team will be responsibility for resolving tier 2 and 3 queries and ensure all staff are properly engaged and sufficiently trained on Workday usage. You will support with business calendar activities such as the annual compensation review. You’ll also project lead on a number of deployments. For example they are implementing new modules, expanding in to new countries and a large UK M&A activity is about to take place. You’ll have a global remit, engage with stakeholders across HR, IT and Finance plus complete configurations work with your team.
To be considered for this role you must be an established HRIS professional and expert on Workday. You should have experience working in a global environment and have delivered on a number of HRIS transformation projects. You should be a proven leader and be able to effectively deal with change and ambiguity. You should come with both function and technical workday expertise.
