A thriving Insurance business is now looking to recruit an HRIS Manager to lead the development of their Workday platform and help roll-out the adoption across their global office network. The business is really keen to meet candidates who are strong HRIS Managers who can provide both a strategic sounding board for the HR Team and deliver continuous system developments and share knowledge of trends of HR Systems. Other duties will be to manage deiver of the data/analytics service to the HR teams, liaise with key stakeholders to drive HRIS led improvements across the business and land Workday development projects (mobile). You will manage the service performance of the systems alongside the HR Users and provide project management support for the selection of new vendors, advise on the design, build and testing of new systems and project manage automation and process improvements across the platform.
