Great opportunity to join this Corporate Entity as Human Resources Advisor where you will support the HR Managers in the Melbourne office aligned to dedicated client groups with operational HR support and advice.
In this varied role you will support all HR related activities, working closely with the COE's where needed, across areas such as Employee relations, Policy advice, Performance reviews, Remuneration, Recruitment (Experienced and Graduates), Inductions, Career transitions, Leave entitlements and Reporting as well as contributing to various HR Projects.
Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR Consultant role is essential where you are comfortable with providing advice and support to Managers and Employees and have a good understanding of the employment lifecycle.
This 12 month fixed term contract is ideally starting ASAP (but we can work with notice periods), where it will give you the opportunity to join a Globally recognised organisation and work in partnership with the business across all areas of HR.
