Human Resources Business Partner

I am currently long-listing for a Manufacturing business in the North West. After recent expansion, and a successful pandemic, the business are looking to bolster their HR team with the addition of an experienced Human Resources Business Partner.

We are looking for someone who has experience at this level already, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics or similiar industry. The role will involve an active and busy manufacturing site with a commercial head office on the same site. You will report to the Head of HR.

There is huge potential for growth in this role, both of the business and therefore for this individual. They are offering hybrid working, roughly 2 days from home and 3 on-site.

The successful candidate will be driven, resilient, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be experienced in all the generalist aspects of business partnering – but particularly able to demonstrate success in embedding a people strategy within a mixed employee population.
