As the HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the Head of HR and play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. You will be a trusted partner to both management and employees, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. This position requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organisational goals and develop HR strategies that support them
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
  • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and contribute to workforce planning efforts
  • Conduct regular assessments of organisational needs and recommend HR solutions to address challenges and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and legal developments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Profile

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Previous HR Business Partner experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a broader national team
