We are working on an exciting HR Director search for one of the largest & most visible associations in New York City. In this role, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer while managing all facets of the Human Resources function including employee & labor relations, onboarding, compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management and policy development. Additionally, you will partner with leadership on strategic HR matters while advancing the function forward with the latest technology and processes. The role supervises two direct reports and an employee remit of approximately 800. The ideal candidate will possess around 10+ years of HR experience with a stable track record of success along with a strong work ethic and communication skills. HR background out of non-profit, government and/or academia highly preferred. A Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's preferred.
