Great opportunity to join this Professional Services Firm as HR Manager, where you will be aligned to a specific client group Nationally and work closely with them on HR initiatives and programs. You will partner with the Business to provide advice and support to Managers and Employees from both an operational and strategic perspective, working closely with the HR Services Team and other COE's (Recruitment, Rem & Ben, Employee Relations and L&D).
Strong stakeholder management is essential where you are able to coach and influence, with a particular focus on workforce planning and talent mapping. It is crucial you are able to influence and add value and get buy in from the senior leadership team whilst the business is going through change.
Previous experience as HR Manager or Senior HRBP is essential, where ideally you would have experience within a professional services environment.
