My client a hospitality business are looking to hire a HR Manager on a 3-6 month fixed term contract that could extend. This is an existing to join an inspiring business that is still in its in its relative infancy.
Duties in this role will be broad and varied covering employee relations, reward, HR Policies and Procedures, performance improvement and staff development. Acting as the main HR contact in the business you will be creating and implementing HR strategies and initiatives ensuring they are communicated to the business in a timely manner. Partnering with the senior leadership team you will project manage organisational and procedural changes within the business. You will be working with and coaching line managers to resolve all employee relations issues. You will also be monitoring staff performance and running probationary reviews. The company are expanding and you will also be involved in the recruitment and selection process for all new staff as well the onboarding process.
To carry out this role you must be immediately available and ideally have strong HR experience working in the hospitality sector.
