Great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join this Professional Services Firm based in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will provide support, advice and coaching to a number of practice groups with responsibility for managing the employment lifecycle, delivering performance management, employee relations, process implementation, coaching and implementation of BAU processes as well as supporting national projects and driving talent strategies.
With a background in a similar role, you will be comfortable leading annual processes. You will enjoy providing personalised advice to Partners and Senior Stakeholders in the business as well as being part of the broader National HR team.
