Recruitment Lead (3-6 Months)
An internationally recognised investment bank is in the market for a Recruiter to join their London office, initially on a contract basis. This is a newly created opportunity and has arisen due to an increase in volumes in the UK and other international offices. You will be responsible for a global end to end remit and will cover all areas of the bank across back, middle and front office functions.
With London being a satellite office there is no administrative support and my client is keen to hire someone who has run a recruitment function in a standalone capacity.
This is a high profile position and my client needs to hire a confident and commercial recruiter with a can do / positive outlook. This opportunity is likely to appeal to a forward thinking problem solver, someone that can identify challenges and take a proactive approach.
Particular focus areas include Global Markets, Corporate Finance, Risk and Compliance. You need to show proof of success in an in-house capacity having recruited on a global scale.
