Your role will be to assist in developing and improving the Leadership Development Curriculum for talent and alumni programs. Based in the world class Leadership Development Centre, you will work closely with other designers and facilitators to help shape these programs.
You will mainly contribute to development of workshops, curriculum design, writing programs online for webinars, podcasts and virtual learning as well as developing assessment tools and different measurement methods.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will have extensive experience in Instructional Design and Leadership Development from large complex, reputable organisations.
You must be familiar with Behaviour Modelling as a learning methodology and have experience of using ADDIE. Along with this experience and knowledge, you will have had exposure to gamification as well as on line learning and virtual learning platforms.
