Leading Australian business providing care and support services to the community is looking for an Instructional Designer as they grow their L&D team.

As a member of the growing HR team and reporting to the L& Manager, the Instructional Designer will support with the design and development of a diverse range of E-Learning modules that will be used across the business.

Working closely with subject matter experts both internally and externally you will design and develop e-learning storyboards and modules using Articulate Storyline 360.

These modules will be completed by staff members nationally and will include seminars, assessments, tests, workbooks and quizzes etc as well as some fact-to-face modules.

In addition you will test the e-learning modules and upload to LMS

Essential Requirements

  • Must have experience in an Instructional Design role and be proficient in Articulate Storyline 360
  • Excellent ability to build relationships and influence internally as you will work closely with stakeholders to develop bespoke content that suits the style of the business.
  • Able to work autonomously
